Taking a HIT® Workshop  is an excellent way to learn how to utilize the power of water and enhance any fitness/training program. This is an accredited workshop (through ACE) designed to bridge land based athletes to using water as a cross-training method. Deep water provides no-impact, but with all the benefits of a hard land-like workout.

Workshop attendees will receive .6 ACE CEC’s as well.

The workshop day begins with a master class from 8:30-9:30 am and continues with a comprehensive workshop from 10-3:30. (If you are interested in only attending the master class, there will be a $5 charge for the class and an $8 entrance fee to the facility; payable the day of. If you come for the master class, and decide to stay, please bring a check for the cost of the workshop.)

NOTE: One week prior to the workshop will be a special, 1-hour class: Breaking Hydro Down. Class starts at 8:30am. To register, contact MSU, Recreation Sports and Fitness ( There will be a $5 charge for the class and an $8 entrance fee to the facility.
