This workshop is designed for anyone, from land based coaches or personal trainers to water instructors and fitness enthusiasts. You will learn how to use water to enhance your land-based training programs in a non-impact environment. You will have ample time to both watch and participate, ask questions, and learn how to use this form of training in your own workouts or to coach your team or teach a future class!
